Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom incorporates three rooms - The Lakeside Ballroom, Celebrations and Reflections, to create one stately event hall. We offer a variety of set-up styles for your event and a capacity of up to 400 guests set Theatre style.
Lakeside Ballroom
For a slightly smaller corporate or social event, consider the Lakeside Ballroom at 2,680 square feet and with a capacity of up to 200 guests set Theatre style.
Celebrations
Celebrations is the middle half of the Grand Ballroom and can be used in conjunction with either the Lakeside Ballroom or Reflections Ballroom, adding extra space for your function. You can entertain up to 40 guests in this 733 square foot room.
Reflections
At 1,231 square feet and with a capacity for up to 100 guests set Theatre style, Reflections offers you a unique room featuring beautiful stained glass windows and an intimate décor.
Vintages
Choose Vintages, our private dining restaurant, for a small and intimate corporate or social event. Located on the ground floor of Casablanca Winery Inn and decorated with the utmost sophistication, Vintages offers two adjoining rooms and a central fireplace for your guests. Seating capacity is available for up to 40 people at square tables.
Press & Committee Room (Combined)
If your event requires more space, the Press Room and Committee Room can be combined to form a larger venue at 1,188 square feet and with a capacity of up to 70 people set Theatre style.
Boardroom
For a more corporate setting, choose the Boardroom. At 378 square feet and with a capacity of up to 20 people, this room offers a quiet, business-like setting for your meeting, presentation or other related corporate or social event. Also included is wireless networking and easy to access electrical outlets for laptops, recorders and other devices.
Cellar Room & Bar
Choose our Cellar Room & Bar for your corporate or social event and you’ll enjoy the ambiance of a small pub. With two adjoining rooms and a combined square footage of 1,188, it features a large mahogany bar and bartender and can hold up to 60 people.
