Chardonnay Package

This package contains Bar and Wine Service and three Dinner options – Plated Service, Platter Service or Buffet Service.

Plated Service: Each course is individually plated and served to each guest.
Platter Service: Most courses are presented on large platters for guests to share at each table.
Buffet Service: Offers guests the opportunity to choose the particular foods they want from a large buffet, separate from the tables.

Bar and Wine Service

Up to 6 hours of Standard Host Bar - this includes: Domestic and Draught Beer, House Wines, Liquor (Rye, Rum, Gin, Vodka, Brandy & Scotch), Frozen Blended Cocktails, Soft Drinks and Fruit Juices.

Also included is unlimited House Wine Service with Dinner.
